Bonjour! Thought I'd put a photo of me and an elephant on my blog. The other day was surprised to see 5 elephants walking down the street. They'd just arrived for the circus.

hiller and i think that is about the coolest thing: elephants walking down the street! the circus coming to town -- that's something you see in the movies! love the pic. :) and of course we LOVE YOU! c&h
Oh Jessica, you just wait till you get to Thailand... You can even ride an elephant through the jungle! I would like to add that, as a fellow linguist, language learner and American, am also thrilled that you are doing your part to defeat "the stereotype of Americans who are either monolingual or have terrible accents." You go, Superior 1 girl!
Reminds of a picture I have of you from Hawaii when we were 12. I believe you were standing in front of a gorilla, but all large animals look the same to me when you're standing in front of them. Miss you!!!
